PBP Commentary

Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Frank James (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Shadow Deathgrip (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). On his way into the cage it seems that Frank James has been attacked by a crazed fan! It looks like it might have been the just bleed guy! Luckily Frank James seems to be OK! I thought that lunatic was in prison!?

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
James tries to score a power double leg takedown but Deathgrip sees that one coming and sprawls well. That will dishearten James somewhat.
James throws a right hand that Deathgrip ducks under and follows up with a left that Deathgrip also avoids with ease.
James tries to drive through with a takedown attempt but Deathgrip defends well and James ends up having to push Deathgrip into the cage where they will battle it out in the clinch.
I was talking to James's coach per-fight and he was telling me that they'd been working on the clinch in the runup to this fight.

James pushes off and circles away, back to the middle of the mat.

The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare eachother down, ready to get back to the action. This is the final round!
