Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Bai Yu (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Rocky Joaquin (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Joaquin looks for a takedown here. Will he get it? Yu is fending him off so far but Joaquin persists. Nope, Yu circles away and we're back to standing.

and Yu counters with a nice low kick that buckles Joaquin's knee momentarily.
Joaquin changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Yu tries to avoid it but Joaquin manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Yu to the ground. Yu escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.
Yu lands a nice leg kick that just misses Joaquin's sensitive parts.
Rocky Joaquin seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Joaquin tries to close the distance and clinch but Yu swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away.

Joaquin wants to push off and get back to the center of the mat but Yu has him pressed against the cage.
