The referee decides to stand the fighters back up, due to lack of activity on the part of Jules Norris.
Norris dodges the punch combination from Jackson.

It's a brutal combination of punches from Jackson! Norris is backing up but he can't get away as Jackson lands with one final shot to the jaw that drops Norris and ends the fight. Great knockout.
