Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Collin Cox (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Jose Aldo (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Cox comes to the cage accompanied by M.O.P.- Cold as ice. Both fighters will be looking to make this an exciting fight for the fans, I'm sure!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

A jab-cross combination lands for Aldo and sends Cox crashing to the mat! Aldo follows him down to the mat - Cox regains half guard but he's not out of trouble yet!

Cox is rocked!
Cox looks exhausted already! Oh dear, he should have come in in better shape than this!
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Aldo wants to stand but Cox has hold of a leg and an arm, so he's trapped for now.
Oh Cox is still in real trouble! Will he be able to recover?!!
Cox seems to have got his legs back now.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

OK we're going to have a standup here. Jose Aldo hasn't been effective enough on the ground and the referee wants a restart.
Aldo swings wildly with a hook that is half blocked by Cox.

Aldo throws a left that rocks Cox and follows with a right that sends him tumbling to the canvas! Aldo dives into side control, looking to finish! Can Cox regain composure!
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Aldo tries to stand but Cox is controlling his head.

Aldo has had enough of the ground for now and decides to stand.
Aldo misses with a few strikes there.
A right-left combo lands from Aldo.
Cox takes a thudding leg kick, right into the meat of the thigh.
