Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Dalton Pressnell (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Vincent Vega (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Vega is bouncing up and down as he enters the arena, backed by You Never Can Tell. Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
5 - 9 - 2, fighting out of St Petersburg, Dalton Pressnell!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of
8 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Hilo, Vincent Vega!
The judges for this bout are Colin Fray, Josh West and Jeff Smith.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
A head kick by Pressnell misses
and Vega counters with a nice leg kick.
Pressnell closes the distance but Vega moves to the side
and Vega counters with a nice uppercut.
Vega scores with a shot to the body.
Vega changes levels and scores with a jab to the body.
That's a knee to de groin and it's over and out! Pressnell crumples to the ground after an illegal strike from Vega - the referee stops the clock and Pressnell gets 5 minutes to recover from that one. "I'm sorry" says Vega. Pressnell manages to get back to his feet and the fight resumes.
Pressnell wants to clinch but Vega slips to the side
and Vega counters with a nice uppercut.
It looks like Dalton Pressnell has been cut.
Pressnell has his head slapped from side to side by a 3 punch combination. That must have hurt him.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Pressnell ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Vega moves away.
Vega dips down and scores with a jab to the body.
Pressnell throws a jab when Vega was well out of range.
Pressnell misses with a body shot.
Pressnell takes a shot right to the bread basket.
Vega fakes a head shot and lands one to the body.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Pressnell looks to clinch
and he gets countered with a snapping leg kick.
Pressnell is breathing heavily.
Vega works his jab well there, keeping his opponent at a distance.
Pressnell throws a body kick, spinning off balance
and Pressnell takes a counter punch right on the button for his troubles.
Vega lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Pressnell circles away quickly and effectively.
Vega fakes and then throws a beautiful body shot. Pressnell looks a bit winded and takes a step backwards to take a breath.
Pressnell closes the distance looking to clinch
and Pressnell takes a counter punch right on the button for his troubles.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Pressnell takes a head kick and keeps coming.
Vega's coach down at Blitzkrieg Fighting Systems: Ground was telling us pre-fight that they have been working on Vega's balance. Obviously they view that as a key factor in the outcome of this fight.
Pressnell takes an uppercut right on the button but keeps his composure.
Pressnell is rocked!
Pressnell looks to clinch
and Vega makes the exchange count by landing a cracking kick to the body. Pressnell really felt that one!
Vega scoring well with a low kick there.
That's two minutes gone in the round.
Vega fakes a head shot and lands one to the body.
Vega scores with a straight right hand, right through his opponent's guard.
Vega lands with a right hand.
Oh Pressnell is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
Vega throws a jab to the body, straight down the pipe. Boom. That sent Pressnell stumbling backwards but he manages to regain his composure quickly.
Pressnell seems to have got his legs back now.
Vega fakes a jab and scores with a low kick.
Vega lands a lovely overhand right.
Vega fakes a head shot and lands one to the body.
Both fighters circle each other, looking for something big. Vega moves in and throws an overhand right. That hurt Pressnell! Vega continues to tee off on Pressnell, landing with a left and a right! Vega connects with a right hand that leaves Pressnell sleeping against the cage! What a finish by Vega!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:39 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Punches). Vincent Vega!
Vincent Vega tried to hype himself up post fight but didn't word it too well and it ended up with him sounding like a bit of a tool.
