The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Conner shoots in but Myasnikov avoids the takedown attempt easily.

Myasnikov closes the distance and looks for a trip takedown... aaaand he's got it - Myasnikov lands in his opponent's guard.
It looks like the ref is thinking about a standup.
Myasnikov trying to pass the guard but can't manage it just yet.
Conner is looking to stand up but Myasnikov isn't so interested in that idea.

The ref stands the fighters back up. Oleg Myasnikov was stalling too much, according to the referee.
Conner tries to shoot in for a takedown. He's got hold of a leg but Myasnikov swivels and escapes.

Myasnikov changes levels and drives through with a really nice takedown into side control. Conner looks really pissed at himself for not defending that better.
Conner wants to control but Myasnikov postures up.
Myasnikov tries to cartwheel into mount but he doesn't manage it.

Myasnikov has an Americana. Conner didn't react quickly enough there and he's in big trouble now! He tries to squirm out but is forced to tap! Myasnikov is delighted and gyrates in front of the ring girls. They seem to like the attention - it'll be interesting to see if Myasnikov hooks up with any of them at the after show party.
