Emelianenko shuffles to his left behind two crisp jabs. Kovalenko eats them both and turns towards Emelianenko to reposition himself and eats a stinging right hand-left hook combo.
Nice uppercut lands for Kovalenko. That snapped Emelianenko's head back.
Kovalenko is looking to land body kicks.
Kovalenko feints and then cracks Emelianenko's leading leg with a nice low kick. He's obviously looking to slow Emelianenko down.
Kovalenko slips a jab from Emelianenko.

Kovalenko digs a good body shot into Emelianenko's ribs.
Emelianenko has his hands up protecting his head but a hook from Kovalenko finds it's way round the side to connect with Emelianenko's head.

Kovalenko lands a left and a right that send Emelianenko crashing to the mat, dazed. Kovalenko thinks about following him to the mat but decides to wave him back up to his feet!

It looks like Fedor Emelianenko has been cut.
