The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Andrews drops his hands and takes a jab to the jaw for his troubles.
It looks like Ron Andrews has been cut.
Andrews closes the distance and clinches up with Mayweather Jr, looking for a takedown. Andrews pushes Mayweather Jr against the cage but Mayweather Jr circles to the side and manages to break the clinch.

Mayweather Jr is a painfully thin specimen of a man. You do wonder whether a good body kick would snap him clean in two.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
