Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Chandler Evans (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Alexndr Wennberg (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Evans comes to the cage accompanied by We own it - 2 Chainz, Wiz Khalifa. Both fighters look pumped up here. Let's hope this is a good fight!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Nice sprawl there from Wennberg as Evans shoots in.
Evans moves in looking to clinch but Wennberg pushes him off.
Evans fails to land the takedown.
Evans seems to be moving with more speed, compared to his last bout. He must have been working on that in the gym.
Wennberg connects with a jab.
Evans shoots in looking for a takedown. Wennberg tries to sprawl out of it but Evans keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Wennberg manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing.

Evans feints and then dives in with a takedown. That was a long way out but the feint bought him enough time to close the distance and complete the takedown. Now we'll play guard for a bit and see who can get the better of that position.

Wennberg is using up a lot of energy trying to get back to his feet. Perhaps he should improve his position first.

Wennberg is looking to stand back up but Evans counters by passing into half guard. Oops... bit sloppy there by Wennberg.
Wennberg pushes Evans off but Evans dives into side control.

Evans is trying to land an Americana. He has the arm isolated but Wennberg is keeping cool and he's avoided the danger for now.

Wennberg throws his opponent off and manages to get back to his feet! Nicely done!
Evans shoots in but no luck this time.
Evans goes for a double leg but Wennberg avoids the attempt and the two fighters end up clinched against the cage as Wennberg continues to drive forward.
Evans drops down looking for an ankle pick but Wennberg pulls his leg out and moves away.
Evans fails with the takedown
and Wennberg connects with a straight left hand counter down the middle.
Wennberg is a painfully thin specimen of a man. You do wonder whether a good body kick would snap him clean in two.
Evans is breathing heavily.
Evans looks for a takedown but Wennberg sprawls well.
Evans darts in looking for a takedown but Wennberg gets double underhooks and turns Evans into the cage.

Wennberg has had enough of the clinch and is looking to separate.
Wennberg is trying to break the clinch but Evans has him pressed against the cage.
Evans goes for a takedown attempt but Wennberg pushes him away and we're back to fighting at a distance.
Evans shoots in for a takedown but Wennberg shows good takedown defense there and keeps this one on the feet.
A combination from Wennberg does no damage.
Evans tries to close the distance and clinch up against the cage but Wennberg paws at him with a jab and circles away.
As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.
Evans dives in for a single leg takedown but Wennberg sprawls and the fighters end up clinched against the cage.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Wennberg is trying to work out of this bad position, with his back against the cage.
Evans wants to push off and get back to the center of the mat but Wennberg has him pressed against the cage.

The fighters are going at a pretty good pace and they're both starting to sweat now.

Wennberg lands a massive shot from half guard that has rocked Evans! More strikes land and this one is all over! Wennberg jumps to his feet and is applauded loudly by the crowd!
