Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Rod Maclaren (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Brock Cormier (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Cormier is bouncing up and down as he enters the arena, backed by Smilin' Faces - Krizz Kaliko. Man, I cannot wait for this one!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Maclaren thuds a left hand into Cormier's body.
Maclaren's corner calls for a 1-2. Maclaren obliges with the 1 part as he scores the single shot and moves back out of range.
Some wild striking there from Maclaren.
Cormier's coach down at ACME! Thai Boxing Academy 13 ELITE COACHES & SAUNA was telling us pre-fight that they have been working on Cormier's balance. Obviously they view that as a key factor in the outcome of this fight.
Maclaren throws a series of punches but Cormier moves out of range.
Cormier tries to clinch there but Maclaren circles away.
Maclaren takes a body punch that cleary hurt but he's trying not to show any weakness.
Cormier walks straight into an uppercut. Luckily it didn't land flush.
Maclaren throws a body kick but he wasn't in range.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Maclaren misses with a series of wild punches.
Cormier slips a jab and a cross from Maclaren.
Cormier closes this distance looking for a takedown but Maclaren circles away.
Maclaren scores with a nice one two combo and darts back out of range to avoid anything coming in the opposite direction.
Maclaren looks to score with a combo but nothing lands.

Oooooh!!! Maclaren has knocked Cormier down with a huge combo! Maclaren steps away and waves a wobbly Cormier back to his feet! This one might not go much longer!

Cormier is rocked!

That's one minute gone in the round.
Cormier drops his hands momentarily. Maclaren doesn't need a second invitation, landing a shot to the temple. Cormier staggers and falls to the mat and the ref dives in to save him from any more punishment. Cormier doesn't seem happy with the stoppage but he was done.
