The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Andrews shoots in from a long way out. He's driving through with the takedown attempt and he eventually gets it, landing in Ip's guard.
If this pace continues, the referee will definitely step in and force a standup.
Ip looking for a guillotine here but Andrews defends easily.
Andrews seems content to control from guard here. He's going to have to remain active though if he doesn't want to get stood back up.
Andrews is sitting in close to Ip's body. Ip has gone for a guillotine from the bottom. Oh damn, that looks pretty tight! Andrews is panicking - it looks like this one could be all over! Yes, Andrews is tapping! That was a very nice submission by Ip.
