Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Bill John (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Einear Yi (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
John has a takedown stuffed.

and Yi counters with a body kick that stops John in his tracks momentarily.

John uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by Yi.

Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

This is turning into a torrid day at the office for John. He's trying desperately to land a takedown but he's failing miserably and getting slapped silly on the feet to compound his misery.
John avoids a lazy jab quite easily.

John uses decent footwork to sidestep a right hand from Yi.
The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action!
John tries to clinch up but Yi circles away and keeps his distance.

Well Yi has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. He was simply too good and the decision should be no more than a formality. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
