The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Lynott throws a sloppy head kick and Marciano moves out of range easily.

Crunch! Marciano slams his shin into Lynott's torso.
Marciano lands with a thumping leg kick.
Boom, another hit is landed. "You're gunna get knocked out" taunts Marciano, as that shot connected.
Lynott chopped to the floor by a nice leg kick but he springs right back up before Marciano can pounce on him.
Lynott takes a solid shot to the body. That one hurt him but he's trying not to show it.

Marciano is landing a lot of head punches in this opening round! Lynott had better start moving his head a bit unless he wants his face to turn into pâté.

Both fighters circling slowly here as the pace drops. Hopefully one of them does someth.. OOOHHHH!!!! Marciano throws an absolute beast of a head kick! Lynott is done! He's out cold, twisted and contorted up against the ropes! Wow!
