Coming up we have a lightweight kickboxing rules bout between Daigo Asai (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Craig Adamson (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). On his way into the ring it seems that Daigo Asai has been attacked by a crazed fan! It looks like it might have been the just bleed guy! Luckily Daigo Asai seems to be OK! I thought that lunatic was in prison!?

Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

11 - 13 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Craig Adamson!
The judges for this bout are Ren Mimura, Yuuki Gou and Tatsuya Matsuyama.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Asai throws the left hand but Adamson avoids the punch easily.
Asai cracks Adamson with a good shot that sees him stumbling back into the ropes.
Asai avoids the head kick by Adamson.
Asai swings wildly with a right hand that was never going to find it's target.
Asai circles away from the clinch attempt
and Asai counters with a crisp hook to the side of the head.
Adamson is a painfully thin specimen of a man. You do wonder whether a good body kick would snap him clean in two.
Adamson throws a mid kick that lands with a slap.
Adamson wants to clinch
and Asai counters with a left and a right that stings Adamson.
Asai looks to have improved his striking defense since last time we saw him fight.
Asai blocks the body kick.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
Adamson throws a right high kick that is partially blocked by Asai.
Adamson tries to clinch up
and Adamson takes a counter punch right on the button for his troubles.
Adamson is rocked!
Craig Adamson seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Asai cracks Adamson with a perfect right hand that drops him to the mat! Adamson is sitting up but I can't see if he's OK from my position. The referee's count has reached 5,6,7 and Adamson is still not up. Can he make it? 8,9,10! He's out! Adamson could not beat the count!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:47 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Punch). Daigo Asai!
