The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Zelaya punishes Serdal's body with a nice straight punch.
Zelaya cracks Serdal with a right hand to the side of the head.
Zelaya darts in and out, connecting with a jab.
Serdal has his head slapped from side to side by a 3 punch combination. That must have hurt him.
A solid body kick from Zelaya.
Zelaya scores with a kick to the midsection.
Zelaya lands a leg kick. The shin dug right into the meat of the thigh.
Zelaya keeping his hands up high there, blocking the jab from Serdal.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

Serdal throws a nice looking combination but Zelaya bobs and weaves to avoid any damage.

Zelaya scores with a reasonable looking shot to the body. Serdal doesn't seem bothered though.

Serdal clobbers Zelaya with an overhand right that has the crowd gasping. That made a horrendous noise.

A looping hook to the body misses from Zelaya. Serdal does a little dance to reset his feet.

Zelaya ducks low and lands a nice hook to the body of his opponent.
Zelaya scores with a jab. Serdal acknowledges it with a nod of the head.
Zelaya throws a nice hook to the body that draws an oooh from the crowd.
Zelaya connects with a leg kick. He turned his hip over nicely there.
Serdal looks to have improved his striking defense since last time we saw him fight.
Serdal is breathing heavily.
Zelaya throws out a powerful jab.

Serdal gets cracked there but stands up to it.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

Serdal takes a nasty kick to the mid section... That should keep him thinking. Does he try and block and risk a head kick landing?
Thud! ouch! good body kick from Zelaya - that will leave a mark!
Zelaya takes a step towards his opponent and connects with a left hand, before circling away.
Serdal throws a series of punches but Zelaya moves out of range.
Walter Alexander Zelaya seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Zelaya slips in close and lands a nice hook before moving back out of range.

Zelaya lands with a right hand.
A combination from Serdal does no damage.
Serdal takes a punch right to his stomach. That took the wind out of him momentarily.
Zelaya throws a nice hook to the body that draws an oooh from the crowd.
Zelaya lands an overhand left. A wild punch that just about connected.
Zelaya scores with a punch to the gut of his opponent.
Zelaya connects with a looping right hand.
Zelaya digs a good body shot into Serdal's ribs.
Serdal has his hands up protecting his head but a hook from Zelaya finds it's way round the side to connect with Serdal's head.
Zelaya connects with a good right hand that stumbles Serdal. Serdal circles away out of range and recomposes himself.

Serdal is rocked!
Zelaya throws an uppercut from hell that sends Serdal clean off his feet! He's out cold! Zelaya stands back and admires his work as he thinks about that KO of the night award that is surely being wrapped up for him back stage.
