Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 4 - 3 - 0, fighting out of St Petersburg, Tony Rovigatti!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 2 - 0 - 0, fighting out of St Petersburg, Caio Prolchek!
The judges for this bout are Igor Prikhodko, Viktor Lagutenko and Vladimir Khabensky.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Rovigatti tries to close the distance and clinch up but Prolchek swats him away and circles back towards the center.
The fight stays on the outside here - Rovigatti looks like he's thinking about clinching though.

Rovigatti rushes Prolchek and pushes him back against the cage in a clinch.
Prolchek tries for a takedown but Rovigatti manages to get underhooks.
Prolchek is working for takedown but Rovigatti is calmly controlling the position for now.
Rovigatti with the Thai clinch, lands a knee to the head.


It looks like Caio Prolchek has been cut.
Rovigatti is pressed up against the cage. Prolchek has hold of a leg and is looking to drag Rovigatti down to the mat. Rovigatti avoids the attempt though and has circled away. We're back to striking at a distance.
Tony Rovigatti has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Caio Prolchek.
Rovigatti tries to clinch up.
Rovigatti leaves Prolchek with his face pressed against the mat as he sprawls beautifully, defending against a solid takedown attempt.
No luck for Prolchek with that takedown attempt.
A nice leg kick lands there from Rovigatti.
Prolchek should think about turning a few of those tyres round his middle into muscle if he wants people to take him seriously as an athlete.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.

Rovigatti lands a big head kick that sends Prolchek tumbling to the mat! Rovigatti takes a step backwards and waves Prolchek back to his feet - he wants the finish!

Rovigatti clinches up against the cage.
Rovigatti landing some nice looking knees to the body.
Prolchek looks winded!
Rovigatti lands a knee to the head there! That was nasty!


Prolchek is rocked!
Rovigatti gets an overhook and lands an elbow to the side of the head.
Prolchek is still on wobbly legs! Can Rovigatti finish him?


That has opened up Caio Prolchek's cut even more.
Rovigatti has Prolchek pressed up against the cage in a tight Thai clinch. Prolchek is arching his back, trying to avoid the knees but a big one sneaks through from Rovigatti - that's hurt Prolchek badly! Oh, another knee lands and Prolchek is covering up! The referee steps in to save him - possibly a bit early but Prolchek doesn't seem to be complaining.

Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:54 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Knees). Tony Rovigatti!
After the big win, Tony Rovigatti made sure to do all the important stuff like thanking his sponsors Red Square Fight Gear and telling the interviewer how much he loves him.
