Jarvinen kept the crowd waiting but all that was forgotten when his ring entrance music started. The incomparable musical genius that is Ini Kamoze- Here comes the hotstepper. Watson has chosen How Much For One Rib? as his entrance music. These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Watson misses with a hook.

Jarvinen bobs and weaves well there to avoid the strikes.
A chopping leg kick lands by Watson.

Mason Watson seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

Watson shoots for a double leg takedown but Jarvinen sprawls well. He's pushed Watson's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily.

Watson closes the distance and gets a double leg, slamming Jarvinen to the mat! Jarvinen manages to get full guard.
