The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Seamon tries to shoot in for a takedown. He's got hold of a leg but Castillo swivels and escapes.
Seamon avoids a punch combination nicely.
Seamon looks for a takedown but Castillo sprawls well.
A combination from Seamon does no damage.
Castillo stuffs the takedown attempt from Seamon. Seamon gets slowly back to his feet.
Donald Castillo has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Steve Seamon.
Seamon shoots in but no luck this time.

Castillo forces Seamon back against the cage and clinches.
Seamon has a body lock and is looking for a takedown. Castillo is bouncing around trying to prevent the takedown and somehow he has indeed managed to stay on his feet.

Castillo wants to push off and get back to the center of the mat but Seamon has him pressed against the cage.
Seamon has hold of a leg and is looking for a trip takedown. Castillo avoids it nicely though and we remain in the clinch.

Castillo lands a shoulder strike that jolts his opponent's head backwards.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

Castillo is trying to force a seperation but Seamon has the dominant position.

Seamon is trying to drag Castillo to the mat but Castillo just about manages to keep his footing. He used the cage to his advantage there.
Castillo lands an uppercut.

Seamon breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat.

and Castillo counters with a crisp hook to the side of the head.

Castillo fakes the leg kick and throws a superman punch. It's knocked Seamon out cold! Brutal finish!
