Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between Yuri Rook (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Jt Colossus (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Rook comes to the cage accompanied by Mr Krinkle. These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Rook uses good footwork to avoid the strikes from Colossus.
Colossus defends well against a solid takedown attempt from Rook.
Rook shoots in for a takedown but Colossus shows good takedown defense.
Rook throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Colossus's waist but Colossus gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Rook off to one side.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Yuri Rook. That's going to take a lot out of him.

Colossus lands a vicious shot with the stealth of a sniper and the strength of a viper. Are vipers that strong? I can think of lots of things that are stronger than a viper - not many rhyme with sniper though.

and Colossus counters with a crisp one two that drops Rook! Colossus thinks about following him to the mat for a moment but instead steps back and waves Rook to his feet! Rook is in big trouble!
Rook shoots in for a takedown. "Ole!" shouts Colossus as he jumps to the side.
Oooooh!!! Colossus has knocked Rook down with a huge combo! Colossus steps away and waves a wobbly Rook back to his feet! This one might not go much longer!
Rook is rocked!
Rook shoots in for a takedown but Colossus shows good takedown defense.
Oh Rook is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
Jt Colossus is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs.
Rook fails to land the takedown.
Rook seems to have got his legs back now.
Rook is breathing heavily.
The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action!
Rook tries to shoot in for a takedown. He's got hold of a leg but Colossus swivels and escapes.
Colossus lands an overhand right.
Yuri Rook's cut is getting worse.
Rook shoots in but no luck this time.
And that�s the end of the round � the fighters go back to their corners.

The fighters' corners scream their final instructions, as the referee calls time. Here we go, back to the action!
Colossus throws a monster overhand right that drops Rook! Colossus follows up with more strikes from mount and the fight is all over!
