Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Aamu Hannu (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Anabol Asteroid (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Asteroid comes into a darkened arena with his song building. Friends and Traitors by RAISED FIST kicks in, the lights come on and the crowd goes wild! What a showman! Anabol Asteroid has the power to score a knockout today if he connects clean with Aamu Hannu's chin.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Helsinki, Aamu Hannu!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Arvi Lind, Tarja Halkonen and Matti Vanhoillinen.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Asteroid misses with a few strikes there.
Hannu looks to land a left hand but Asteroid moved out of range nicely.
No joy there for Asteroid, who threw a few shots but didn't land.
Asteroid fails to land with the punch combination there - jab, cross, hook, miss, miss, miss.
Asteroid throws a right and a left that Hannu avoids nicely.
Hannu loads up on a big right hand but Asteroid slips the punch.
Asteroid throws a wild combination but nothing lands.

Hannu with poor footwork there. He got himself in a bit of a tangle, enabling Asteroid to score with a decent uppercut.
It looks like Aamu Hannu has been cut.
Hannu looks frustrated there after his takedown attempt is stuffed easily.
Wow, both these guys are really going for it!
Asteroid will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.

Hannu throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Asteroid's waist but Asteroid gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Hannu off to one side.

Hannu changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Asteroid tries to avoid it but Hannu manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Asteroid to the ground. Asteroid escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.

Hannu drops back looking for a leg! Asteroid is in trouble here! The fighters roll with the hold and Asteroid manages to kick Hannu off! Hannu jumps back into Asteroid's guard.

Hannu throws his legs up looking to secure a triangle. Oh, that looks pretty tight, I gotta say! Asteroid escapes and throws Hannu's legs to the side, diving into side control!

Asteroid creates some space and throws a big elbow, but Hannu sees it coming and moves his head just enough to avoid the strike.

Asteroid wants to lay and pray for a moment but Hannu keeps working.
Hannu is looking to reverse the position.

The crowd are hurling abuse towards the fighters... You can hardly blame them though because there isn't a lot going on in the fight.
The referee has ruled that neither fighter is active enough on the ground and has stood them back up.
Asteroid goes to the watering hole and comes back with a big thumbs up from the judges as he scores a three punch combo.
Hannu is rocked!
Asteroid defending well as Hannu loads up on a big left hand.
Oh Hannu is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
Asteroid misses with a hook. Hannu ducked under it nicely.

Hannu thinks about going for a far side armbar but bails out and retains the dominant position instead.

Hannu is going to have to think about doing something other than just controlling because Asteroid is managing to avoid having the position dictated to him.
You can see the frustration on Asteroid's face, being in this tough position on the bottom.

That was a close round. You could make an argument for either fighter but I would give it to Aamu Hannu.
I think Hannu has won this one but let's see what the judges have to say. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
