Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Micheal London (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Larin Villasenor (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the featherweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Micheal London!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Larin Villasenor!
The judges for this bout are Saam Ante, Paulsen Ambrosius and Patrick Alders.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

London rushes Villasenor and presses him up against the cage.
Villasenor jumps guard but London turns him against the cage and keeps the fight standing.
Villasenor is trying to stall.
London can't find room to land a body shot as Villasenor controls the action.

London jumps guard and drags Villasenor to the mat. He's obviously going to be looking for submissions off his back.
The referee is pacing around the two fighters - he looks like he's thinking about a standup.

London scrambles and gets back to his feet.
A combination from London does no damage.
London throws the kick towards the body but Villasenor avoids it.
London circles away from the clinch attempt.
Villasenor gets his takedown attempt stuffed easily

and London counters by clinching up.

London pushes off and circles away, back to the middle of the mat.

London moves into the clinch.

That's one minute gone in the round.
Villasenor drops down looking for an ankle pick but London pulls his leg out and moves away.
Micheal London has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Larin Villasenor.

London throws the overhand right but ducks down into a quick takedown attempt. Villasenor was covering up waiting for the punch and London finishes the takedown easily into guard.
London advances to half guard.
London sitting and controlling from the half guard.
Villasenor really doesn't want to stay on the ground with London. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.
London frees up his trapped foot and advances to mount.
London looking to control and managing it successfully.

That's two minutes gone in the round.
London connects with a couple of good shots from mount.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
London tucks in and makes sure he doesn't lose the dominant position.

London looks like he's working for a submission but he's not found anything just yet.
London lands a big elbow.

That's three minutes gone in the round.
London controlling his opponent.

London working for a submission but Villasenor is keeping him at bay.
Villasenor tries to lock up and control but London gives him a forearm to the face and pushes him away.
London controlling from mount.

That's four minutes gone in the round.
London seems to have a rather negative gameplan on the ground. He seems keen to just score the takedown and hold down Villasenor for as long as he can get away with.
Villasenor is desperately trying to improve his position but London has a good base and remains in mount.
London tucks in and makes sure he doesn't lose the dominant position.
Villasenor is working to get back to half guard.
As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.
Villasenor reaches up to try and control the position but London seems to have an arm triangle now! Uh oh! Villasenor rolls and tries to escape and now London has his back!
Villasenor is covering up but some of the strikes from London are getting through and doing damage.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Micheal London dominated that round.
That's the end of the interval. I'm sure that seemed a lot quicker than a minute for our two fighters! Back to the action.



London drives through with a really nice takedown into side control.
London landing a few strikes.
London takes a little break here. Villasenor wants to take advantage but he is being controlled well.
London has controlled the position for a good 20 seconds, which will no doubt be starting to frustrate his opponent.
London passes to full mount! That's big trouble for Villasenor!
Micheal London overall seems to be getting the better of the ground position in the fight so far.
London looking to control and managing it successfully.

London is working to isolate an arm here. It's a telegraphed submission attempt but he's gone for it anyway - and he's got it! London extends the arm and Villasenor is forced to tap!
