Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Mike Houston (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Kyle Eisenbeis (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Houston comes to the cage accompanied by Here Comes the Pain. The key to victory for Mike Houston has got to be keeping the fight on the feet.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Houston changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Eisenbeis tries to avoid it but Houston manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Eisenbeis to the ground. Eisenbeis escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.

Eisenbeis pulls Houston in to control the position.
Eisenbeis throws a couple of weedy looking strikes off his back.
Houston postures up to throw the ground and pound strikes but they don't connect.
Eisenbeis has momentary wrist control but Houston slips an elbow through the middle.
Houston is fighting to break Eisenbeis's control of his arms but Eisenbeis is doing a good job of controlling the position at the moment.
It looks like the ref is thinking about a standup.
The fighters are going at a pretty good pace and they're both starting to sweat now.
Eisenbeis's corner are shouting for him to control the position and he seems happy to oblige.
Houston knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Eisenbeis on the ground.

Houston dances in with a quick combination. Eisenbeis is being worked over with jabs and crosses. Oooh, a right straight from Houston snaps Eisenbeis's head back. Eisenbeis stumbles backwards against the cage. Houston steps forward and delivers a right cross that connects with Eisenbeis's jaw, simultaneously knocking him out and sending his mouthpiece into the crowd! There's a worthy souvenir for the fans. This one is over folks. Eisenbeis just didn't come prepared.

After the fight, Mike Houston was humble in paying tribute to his opponent but made it clear he wants to go on to bigger and better things. It seemed to go down well with the crowd who cheered him loudly.
