Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Tasos Ieronymakis (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Franz Weimar (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Weimar has chosen Enter The Sandman by Metallica as his entrance music. Tasos Ieronymakis could well score a knockout today. He has the power to get to Franz Weimar's chin.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
5 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Helsinki, Tasos Ieronymakis! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
8 - 12 - 0, fighting out of London, Franz Weimar! The judges for this bout are James Atkins, Phil Schofield and Chris Edwards.
 The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Ieronymakis throws a right hand that Weimar ducks under and follows up with a left that Weimar also avoids with ease. Ieronymakis throws a chopping leg kick but Weimar manages to avoid taking any serious damage. Weimar takes a big uppercut there. He seems a bit wobbly but no, he's OK.
Weimar closes the distance and clinches up, looking for a takedown. He shifts his weight and gets a nice trip into half guard.
Weimar seems to be working for a kimura but Ieronymakis defends the submission attempt.

Weimar wants to take a breather but Ieronymakis is having none of it. Ieronymakis works his way to full guard. Good work. Weimar would like to get this fight back to the feet but can't get free from the closed guard. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Ieronymakis is looking for a guillotine. You can't force these things though and Weimar defends well. Ieronymakis tries to land a sweep but no joy.

Ieronymakis is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive. Weimar stands and throws Ieronymakis's legs to the side, diving into side control.
Weimar tries for an arm triangle. That looks pretty tight to me. Is this one over!?! Possibly, maybe, no Weimar has let go of the choke. Obviously it wasn't as tight as we thought! Ieronymakis tries to buck Weimar off but Weimar is having none of it.

Weimar swings around for an armbar but Ieronymakis sees it coming a mile off and turns beautifully into Weimar's guard.
Weimar is working actively off his back, looking to secure an arm or perhaps work for a triangle. The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here. Ieronymakis slows down the pace of the fight, as he sits in guard. Ieronymakis trying to pass the guard but can't manage it just yet. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Ieronymakis is frustrating his opponent with some stalling tactics from top position.
 That's three minutes gone in the round. Weimar keeping moving, preventing Ieronymakis from controlling successfully.
Weimar escapes his hips to the side and looks to be working for an armbar. Ieronymakis gives him a little smile and shakes his head. No chance. Ieronymakis stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Weimar swivels though and keeps the full guard. Weimar is looking to stand up but Ieronymakis isn't so interested in that idea. Ieronymakis with a flurry of punches that miss. Weimar avoiding any damage from the ground and pound. Weimar keeping moving, preventing Ieronymakis from controlling successfully. Weimar wants to sweep here but Ieronymakis controlling him for the moment. Weimar wants to stand up but Ieronymakis is controlling him.
 That's four minutes gone in the round. Weimar looking to sweep here. No luck so far.

As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action. Ieronymakis is scoring with some nice ground and pound from the dominant position. And that�s the end of the round � the fighters go back to their corners.
A close round but Franz Weimar will probably get the nod. That's the end of the round. The referee orders the cornermen out of the cage so we can get back down to business.
Weimar shoots in looking for a takedown but Ieronymakis manages to keep the fight standing, pushing Weimar's face into the canvas for good measure before circling away. Ieronymakis misses with a series of wild punches.
Weimar takes a jab on the nose there. A little bit of blood seems to be coming out. Hopefully that won't affect his breathing.
A nice inside leg kick there by Ieronymakis. That's going to slow Weimar down. Franz Weimar is looking to throw some combinations by the looks of things. Weimar closes the distance and clinches up with Ieronymakis, looking for a takedown. Weimar pushes Ieronymakis against the cage but Ieronymakis circles to the side and manages to break the clinch. Weimar wants to slow Ieronymakis down by chopping away at his legs. Franz Weimar seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Weimar tries to check the leg kick but that clearly hurt him. Weimar has his front leg slapped to the side - a nice low kick landing there from Ieronymakis. We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out! Weimar takes a push kick to the midsection and stumbles backwards. Weimar is breathing heavily.
A big head kick from Ieronymakis and Weimar is sent sprawling to the canvas!

Weimar is rocked! Ieronymakis slows down the pace of the fight, as he sits in guard. Weimar is still in real trouble! Can Ieronymakis finish him? Franz Weimar has got the better of the ground game so far. Ieronymakis pushes down on Weimar's leg and manages to get into half guard.
Ieronymakis is thinking about going for an arm triangle but he can't free his leg.
Ieronymakis lands a big elbow - Weimar is out of it! He's waving his arms around but his eyes are closed and he's not intelligently defending himself - the ref has no choice but to jump in and stop the fight! This one is in the books! A TKO win for Ieronymakis!
