Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the bantamweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
1 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Eustace Krang!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of
5 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Warwick Martigan!
The judges for this bout are Trevor Gratis, Elvis Blanc and Dillan Fox.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Martigan cracks Krang with a right hand to the side of the head.
Krang steps to the side to avoid the strikes from Martigan.
Martigan avoids a punch combination nicely.
Krang throws a wild combination but nothing lands.
Krang falls off balance throwing a combination
and Martigan connects with a straight left hand counter down the middle.
Sloppy strikes from Krang. Those never looked like landing.
Martigan moves into range and throws a lovely three punch combination.
Krang throws a jab, cross combination which is slipped
and Martigan counters with a stiff right hand.
Eustace Krang seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Martigan moves into the clinch.

Krang wants to strike at distance but he can't break free of the clinch.
Martigan scores with a shoulder strike.
Krang tries to break the clinch but Martigan is controlling the position.
Krang is looking to break free of the clinch but Martigan has double underhooks.
Krang goes for a takedown in the clinch but Martigan prevents it.
Martigan will no doubt start fighting again in a minute but for now he's just having a little rest, leaning Krang up against the cage.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!

Martigan lands a powerful looking uppercut that connected with his opponent's jaw.
Krang misses with a two punch combination.
Krang's hands are dropping dangerously low here and Martigan connects clean with a right hook that sends him down to one knee! Krang scrambles back to his feet.

Krang throws a right and a left that Martigan avoids nicely.
Krang will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.

This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

An inside leg kick from Martigan misses.
Martigan lands with a nice combination. Krang backs away looking to recover.
Krang throws an uppercut from half a mile away. Martigan sees it coming and avoids it easily.
Martigan darts in and out, connecting with a jab.
Krang shakes his hands off, looking to compose himself, but takes a jab to the jaw whilst he does it.

Martigan drives through and clinches with Krang against the cage.
Krang is trying to push Martigan away but Martigan has him pressed against the cage, so he's going nowhere.
Martigan manages to break the clinch.
Martigan lunges at Krang with a hook that half lands and is half blocked by Krang's hand.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Krang moves out of range of the leg kick from Martigan.
A decent looking cross lands there for Martigan.
Krang throws a right and a left that both miss.
Martigan connects with a hook to the side of his opponent's head.
Some bone on bone action there as Krang checks a low kick. Luckily it wasn't a particularly hard one.
Martigan scores with a shot to the body.
Krang looks to score with a combo but nothing lands.

Krang rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Martigan moves out of range and avoids them all easily.
Martigan lands a slapping body shot.
Martigan lands a jab followed by a nice looking cross.
Krang tries to bum rush Martigan with a series of wild strikes but Martigan uses good footwork to avoid the assault.
A combination from Martigan does no damage.

Martigan is landing a lot of head punches in this opening round! Krang had better start moving his head a bit unless he wants his face to turn into pâté.

The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action!

Martigan lunges in with an uppercut that skims his opponent's chin.
Krang swings wildly with a couple of big hooks
and Krang takes a counter punch right on the button for his troubles.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Warwick Martigan dominated that round.
That's time! Krang's corner gives him a slap on the ass as he gets ready to fight.
Krang throws a wild hook but Martigan just manages to duck under it and - ooooh! Krang gets nailed by a brutal uppercut which crumples him back against the cage! The referee jumps in - Martigan raises his hands in celebration and walks away!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:05 of round 2, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Warwick Martigan!
