Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Vin Seppala (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Brute Force (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Force has chosen Here Comes The Pain as his entrance music. The crowd giving both fighters a great reception on their way into the arena. That's good to see.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Force changes levels and drives through with a really nice takedown into side control. Seppala looks really pissed at himself for not defending that better.
Seppala is trying to control Force's posture but Force avoids it.
Seppala is trying to escape the position but Force is controlling the position.

Force stands up and beckons Seppala to his feet.

Force wants to improve his position but Seppala is controlling well.
Seppala wants to advance to full mount but Force doesn't think that's going to happen and regains full guard instead.

A few boos can be heard. I'm sure they will multiply if the fighters don't pick up the pace.

Well, the referee has seen enough. Neither fighter is active enough on the ground so he's stood them back up.

Force has managed to clinch.

Force breaks from the clinch.

Force forces Seppala back against the cage and clinches.
Seppala fails to pull the fight into his guard.

Force drags the fight down to the ground.

Force has a loose triangle. He'll be looking to tighten that up but Seppala can see exactly what he's planning and manages to posture up and free himself.
Hammerfist, elbow! yells Seppala's corner. There ya go! There ya go!
Seppala prevents Force from getting back to his feet.
There's a bit of a scramble here and now Force is on top in guard.

Seppala is doing well to control the posture of his opponent and prevent any damage.
Force postures up.
Seppala throws a couple of weedy looking strikes off his back.
Seppala throws a couple of shots from the bottom but they don't land.
Seppala wants to control the position but Force says "no thanks buddy" and passes to half guard.
Seppala is looking to improve his position.

Force escapes and gets back to his feet.

Neither fighter has done anything of merit for a good minute or two here and the crowd are not happy about it.
Force fails with the takedown
and Seppala counters with a three punch combo that has Force backing up. Force nods at Seppala to acknowledge the strikes.
Force lands a nice shot that snaps Seppala's head back.
Seppala tries to clinch but fails miserably

and Force decides to take the opportunity to score a takedown. He's landed in Seppala's guard.

Force wants to get up but he can't break Seppala's closed guard. He needs to be careful trying to break the legs open, as he's open to submissions here.
Brute Force has got the better of the ground game so far.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Brute Force showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards.
The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare eachother down, ready to get back to the action. Ladies and gentlemen, this is the final round!

Force is trying to land an Americana. He has the arm isolated but Seppala is keeping cool and he's avoided the danger for now.

I would just about give that final round to Brute Force.
Well Force has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. He was simply too good and the decision should be no more than a formality. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
