The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Horse checks the leg kick.
Buschkamp plants his feet and lands a nice head kick!

Buschkamp shoots in with a lovely double leg takedown. Horse manages to land in full guard to minimise the damage.
We could do with one of the fighters taking the initiative a bit more on the ground - they're both waiting to capitalize on a mistake.

OK we're going to have a standup here. Martin Buschkamp hasn't been effective enough on the ground and the referee wants a restart.

Horse fakes with an overhand right and moves in to clinch with Buschkamp, pushing him back against the cage.
Horse lands punches inside but they're not really causing much damage.

Horse feints and then cracks Buschkamp's leading leg with a nice low kick. He's obviously looking to slow Buschkamp down.

Horse closes the distance and clinches.
As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.

Horse escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.
Buschkamp seems to be squinting his left eye. Perhaps he got a poke in that previous exchange. Horse shows no mercy and swarms him with a barage of strikes! Buschkamp is backing up but Horse catches him with a final right hook that drops him! Buschkamp covers up and the referee steps in to end the fight! Horse Jumps to his feet and flashes his guns to the crowd. Oh yeah, baby! How'd you like them apples?!
