The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Pekka throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Korva's waist but Korva gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Pekka off to one side.

Pekka shoots in looking for a takedown. Korva tries to sprawl out of it but Pekka keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Korva manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing.

Pekka fakes a strike and closes the distance, dragging Korva to the ground. Pekka is now in Korva's guard.

Korva is looking for a kimura. It's pretty deep but Pekka still has the half guard so he's probably OK. Oh, Pekka has exploded into a beautiful escape there and after a quick scramble, he's ended up in side control on top! Nice work!
