Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Jarno Rukkanen (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Shane Alamancha (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

The judges for this bout are Tarja Halkonen, Matti Vanhoillinen and Johanna Lukiainen.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

A momentary lapse in concentration from Rukkanen enables Alamancha to shoot in and score with a neat double leg. Rukkanen manages to secure a closed guard as the fighters hit the mat.
Rukkanen is looking to get back to his feet but can't, whilst Alamancha is controlling him.

Both fighters really going for it on the ground here!

The ref stands the fighters back up because Jarno Rukkanen just wasn't active enough.

Alamancha swings away but doesn't land with a series of punches.
No joy there for Rukkanen, who threw a few shots but didn't land.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!

Shane Alamancha seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action!

Rukkanen is edging up against the cage. He's using the cage to get back to his feet. Nice work there - the fighters are clinched.

That was a close round but I would say that Jarno Rukkanen will probably get the nod.

It really doesn't seem like the step up in weight is hurting Rukkanen here at all. He's more than holding his own against the bigger man.

Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

I would just about give that final round to Shane Alamancha.
