Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Kenshin Asano (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Stephawm Mack (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Mack has chosen Wish by Nine Inch Nails as his entrance music, which hasn't gone down very well with the crowd. Kenshin Asano had real problems making weight for this fight. After initially coming in at 172.6lbs, he had two hours to make the official fight weight. He made it but it will have taken a lot out of him to cut those extra few pounds. Both these guys have really solid chins. Will we see a standup war or will they both decide that a knockout is unlikely and try to win the fight elsewhere?

Mack fails with an attempt to clinch.
Asano misses with a takedown attempt. He shot from a bit too far out.
Nice sprawl there from Mack as Asano shoots in.
Mack moves into range and throws a lovely three punch combination.
It looks like Kenshin Asano has been cut.
Asano closes the distance and clinches up with Mack, looking for a takedown. Asano pushes Mack against the cage but Mack circles to the side and manages to break the clinch.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Kenshin Asano. That's going to take a lot out of him.
