The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Some wild striking there from Maldonado.

Satanae tries to clinch up but Maldonado circles away and keeps his distance.
The sound of bone on bone echoes around the arena as Maldonado checks a leg kick.
Maldonado throws a right and a left that Satanae avoids nicely.

Satanae throws a low kick, looking for Maldonado's leg but Maldonado calmly moves out of range.
Satanae tries to close the distance and clinch up but Maldonado swats him away and circles back towards the center.

Maldonado is pressed against the cage. Satanae pushes back and unleashes a big elbow that really hurts Maldonado! Two more big strikes from Satanae and Maldonado crumples to the mat and taps out furiously due to the strikes!
