Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
2 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Bradley Miller!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Kim Donk!
The judges for this bout are Don Winkell, Timothy Bukovac and Frank Antenori.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Miller tries to close the distance and clinch up but Donk swats him away and circles back towards the center.
Donk shoots in but no luck this time.
Donk throws a lazy uppercut
and Miller counters by moving into the clinch.
Miller tries a shoulder strike but it doesn't do any damage.
With the fighters clinched against the cage, Miller creates a bit of distance for himself and scores with a nice uppercut.
Donk tries a shoulder strike but it doesn't do any damage.
Miller misses with the head strike.
Miller lands a left hand that snaps the head of Donk backwards.
Miller misses with a short punch on the inside.
Miller swings wildly with an uppercut but Donk uses good head movement to avoid it.
Donk tries for a takedown. No joy.
Miller lands with a good tight uppercut to the head.
It looks like Kim Donk has been cut.
Donk changes levels and goes for a takedown here. Miller fights it off and pushes away nicely.
Bradley Miller has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Kim Donk.
Miller darts in trying to clinch
and Donk holds on and brings the fighters into a clinch.
That's one minute gone in the round.
A short uppercut from Miller.
Miller pushes Donk back against the cage and lands a hook to the side of the head.
Donk is rocked!
Miller has a couple of punches blocked by Donk.
Donk is still on wobbly legs! Can Miller finish him?
Donk fails to pull the fight into his guard.
Miller throws a head punch that misses.
Donk seems to have recovered his senses.
Donk takes a shot to the head.
Donk tries for a takedown but Miller manages to get underhooks.
Miller gets double underhooks to prevent a takedown attempt from Donk.
Donk fails to pull guard.
Donk is trying to break the clinch but Miller has him pressed against the cage.
That's two minutes gone in the round.
Miller lands a right uppercut that snaps the head of Donk backwards.
Miller unloads with a big right hand that wobbles Donk! He's leaning against the cage trying to keep his feet but Miller is unloading with more strikes now! Donk drops to his knees and the referee stops the fight for a TKO!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:14 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Bradley Miller!
