Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Budo Rei (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Jan Paulsen (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Rei comes to the cage accompanied by Alice in Chains - No Excuses. Paulsen has chosen Man! I Feel Like a Woman as his entrance music. Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Stewart Dunkirk, Chris Downing and George Francis.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Rei cracks Paulsen with a good shot that sees him stumbling back into the cage.
Paulsen on the wrong end of a vicious looking body shot.
Rei misses the shot to the body.
Well, he's not going to score with shots like that. A lazy body kick attempt from Paulsen.
Rei connects with a single shot there.
Rei feints a jab promting Paulsen to slip. Rei then demonstrates his capabilities by jabbing again. Paulsen slips again and ducks right into an uppercut.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Rei cracks Paulsen with a big right hand that sends him to the floor! Paulsen looks wobbly but he's sprung back up to his feet straight away… can Rei finish him?
Paulsen misses with a body shot.
Paulsen avoids a kick to the body.
Rei tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Paulsen was well out of range. Poor timing from Rei.
Rei thows a leg kick but Paulsen checks it
and Paulsen counters with a shot to the ribs. That looked like it hurt.
Paulsen lands with a head kick! That's gotta hurt.
It looks like Budo Rei has been cut.
Paulsen avoids the body shot from Rei.
Rei looks to score with a jab to the body but Paulsen is just out of range.
Paulsen throws a sloppy head kick and Rei moves out of range easily.
That's one minute gone in the round.
An inside leg kick lands from Rei.
Paulsen blocks the body kick.
Paulsen lands a leg kick that knocks Rei off balance momentarily.
Rei on the wrong end of a kick to the body.
Rei connects with an inside leg kick.
Paulsen looks to throw a body kick
and Rei counters with a nice low kick that buckles Paulsen's knee momentarily.
Rei throws a sloppy head kick and Paulsen moves out of range easily.
Paulsen connects with a body shot.
Paulsen scores with a jab. Rei acknowledges it with a nod of the head.
This has been an exciting period of action!
Rei looks to score with a jab to the body but Paulsen is just out of range.
Rei takes one on the button.
Rei swings wildly with a right hand that was never going to find it's target.
Paulsen lands a big head kick that sends Rei tumbling to the mat! Paulsen takes a step backwards and waves Rei back to his feet - he wants the finish!
Rei is rocked!
Paulsen connects with a left and a right that sees a clearly hurt Rei covering up! Paulsen comes in with a big uppercut and Rei goes doooown! He's slumped up against the cage, eyes staring blankly into space.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:59 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Strikes). Jan Paulsen!
