Zero is bouncing up and down as he enters the arena, backed by Fozzy's "Shine Forever". Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Khaiseb doesn't manage to clinch there - Zero circles away.
Zero shoots and misses
and Khaiseb counters by clinching up.
Zero blocks the elbow strike.
Khaiseb lands an elbow that stopped Zero in his tracks for a moment.
It looks like Ray Zero has been cut.
Khaiseb throws a vicious knee straight up the middle but Zero blocks it with crossed arms.
Zero has a body lock and is looking for a takedown. Khaiseb is bouncing around trying to prevent the takedown and somehow he has indeed managed to stay on his feet.
Khaiseb landing knees to the body. They look like they could hurt.
Zero blocks the elbow strike.
Zero has moved round to his opponent's back and is looking for a suplex! Oh snap! He's tossed Khaiseb clear over his head and slammed him to the mat!
It looks like the ref is thinking about a standup.
Zero looking for the choke from the back.
This has been an exciting period of action!
Zero is working for the choke. I would put my money on him to finish from this position. He's rolled onto his back and has dragged Khaiseb with him. Khaiseb is trying to defend but Zero has an arm under the chin now! Khaiseb grimaces and is forced to tap out!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:59 of round 1, we have a winner by way of Submission (RNC). Ray Zero!
