Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Jason Goldman (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Kenny Stevens (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Rumors backstage are that the fighters have been paid to keep it standing but we know that would never happen in MMA!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Stevens slaps away a takedown attempt from Goldman, before circling back to the center of the mat.

Goldman shoots in for a takedown! He's got it and he's managed to land in side control! That's better than Goldman was expecting from the takedown attempt, I'm sure!

It looks like Kenny Stevens has been cut.
Stevens wants to get back to his feet but Goldman drags him back down.

Goldman cracks Stevens with a big right hand but Stevens just smiles back at him and invites him to have another go.

That has opened up Kenny Stevens's cut even more.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
Goldman content to control the pace. The referee will try and keep them active though.
Goldman has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission.

Kenny Stevens's cut is absolute horrible now. This looks like something out of a horror film with blood covering both fighters.

The referee calls the doctor in to look at Kenny Stevens's cut. Oh no, the doctor has called an end to the bout!
