Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between Ivan Dubolomov (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Elroy Kidd (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Elroy Kidd has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the super heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 4 - 2 - 0, fighting out of St Petersburg, Ivan Dubolomov!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 6 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Hilo, Elroy Kidd!
The judges for this bout are Skip Squint, Steve Erwin and Damien Edna.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Kidd takes a hook to the side of the head. I wonder if that's got his ears ringing.

It looks like Elroy Kidd has been cut.
Kidd is looking to clinch.
Kidd shoots in for a takedown but Dubolomov shows good takedown defense there and keeps this one on the feet.

Dubolomov darts in and lands a nice takedown into half guard.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
The referee must be thinking about standing these guys back up.
Kidd is trying to get back to full guard.
Dubolomov missing with some ground and pound from the half guard.
Kidd punching from the bottom.
Dubolomov frees up his trapped foot and advances to mount.
Dubolomov will need to keep those long limbs tucked in whilst he's on the ground, to prevent any submissions.
Kidd tries to lock up and control but Dubolomov gives him a forearm to the face and pushes him away.
Dubolomov prevents Kidd from getting the reversal.
Kidd sneaks a leg back under and regains half guard and is working straight away to try and get back to guard. He hasn't managed just yet though.
Kidd is looking to control Dubolomov's leg but it's slowly edging free. Can Kidd avoid being mounted?
Dubolomov knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Kidd on the ground.

Kidd moves his hips nicely and gets into full guard.
Kidd is trying to control the position from the bottom.

The referee decides to stand the fighters back up, due to lack of activity on the part of Ivan Dubolomov.

Dubolomov bobs and weaves into range and then changes levels and scores with a nice takedown into side control.
Kidd misses with a strike from the bottom.
Kidd is looking to work his way out of this bad position but Dubolomov is controlling him well.
Kidd throwing some weak shots from the bottom that do no damage.
Kidd tries to buck Dubolomov off but Dubolomov is having none of it.

Dubolomov cracks Kidd with a nasty head shot there - the crowd let out an audible gasp there, as the noise reverberated around the arena.
Kidd is flailing around like a fish out of water, trying to land strikes.
Kidd is squirming around, avoiding Dubolomov's attempts to control the action.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Dubolomov postures up and throws a big right hand. BOOM! Right on the button! Kidd is out cold - huge knockout for Dubolomov!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 3:46 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Strikes). Ivan Dubolomov!
Ivan Dubolomov opened up his post fight interview with a scream to camera that he wants a title shot! Whether he deserves the shot will be up to the management of the organization, so I guess he'll have to wait and see.
