The judges for this bout are Marco Blurström, Arvi Lind and Tarja Halkonen.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Leskinen looks to score with a jab to the body but Chubby is just out of range.
Chubby checks a low kick from Leskinen.
Chubby throws a hook to the body but it doesn't connect.
Leskinen is looking for a takedown here. He's shot in and has managed to get it, finishing up in Chubby's half guard.
Leskinen not landing any meaningful shots this time.
Chubby on the receiving end of some nice ground and pound.
Well, if Leskinen is going to just lie there, perhaps we should talk about what we're having for dinner tonight… I'm having a ham and pineapple pizza… Yum. Can't wait.

Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

Leskinen is nestled in close to Chubby, controlling him well. He's worked in a nice elbow to the side of the head as well, for good measure.

The two fighters exchange a few words. I couldn't hear what they were saying but maybe it's more fun if you make it up yourself. Leskinen connects with a nice short shot to Chubby's temple.

It looks like Pops Chubby has been cut.
Leskinen lands a big elbow from half guard. That looks like it's hurt Chubby quite badly. Chubby pulls Leskinen in close trying to recover. Leskinen postures up and lands two really hard shots that put Chubby on queer street! The ref takes a look and decides to call an end to the fight! Possibly an early stoppage but Chubby doesn't seem to be complaining too much.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:43 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Mikko Leskinen!
