Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Yuri CoxX (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Gon Grave (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Gon Grave struggled to make weight for this fight. He only made it down to 206.8lbs at the first attempt and had to take the additional two hours to make the official bout weight. Let's see how much it's taken out of him. The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Grave dodges the punch combination from CoxX.
A combination from CoxX does no damage.

CoxX shoots in and gets a takedown into Grave's guard.
The referee is pacing around the two fighters - he looks like he's thinking about a standup.

Grave throwing his legs up looking for a triangle.
CoxX stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Grave swivels though and keeps the full guard.
Grave keeping moving, preventing CoxX from controlling successfully.

CoxX got a little sloppy there for a moment and Grave has worked his way into a loose triangle - can he finish it?! No, CoxX has managed to get both his arms back between Grave's legs - danger averted.
Grave wants to sweep here but CoxX controlling him for the moment.

Grave is active off his back here, looking for submissions.

The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Grave is looking for a triangle but CoxX pushes his legs off easily.

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
CoxX loading up with the ground and pound but he's missing more than he's landing in this flurry.
CoxX slips effortlessly into side control - very nice.
Grave tries to buck CoxX off but CoxX is having none of it.
CoxX wants to control but Grave is keeping him busy.

CoxX decides to stand back up. CoxX steps back and let's Grave get back to his feet.

Grave circles away from the clinch attempt.
Grave throws a jab, cross combination which is slipped
and CoxX counters with a nice uppercut.
No joy there for Grave, who threw a few shots but didn't land.
Grave pivots as if he's going to throw a leg kick but stops half way.

and CoxX counters with a takedown into side control! That could mean trouble for Grave!
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
Grave sneaks back into half guard.
Grave pushes CoxX off looking to stand but CoxX dives back in and keeps control.
CoxX looks towards his corner to check for any instructions. The corner give him nothing to work with, so he cracks Grave with a short hammerfist. I guess that's as good as any advice he could get in this position.
CoxX is controlling the pace.
CoxX is trying to control the action in half guard but Grave is working away on the bottom, looking perhaps to get back to full guard.
Grave wants to get back to full guard but CoxX has mounted him!
Grave keeping his composure momentarily, calmly looking to get back to half guard.

BOOM! CoxX connects with a massive shot to the dome!
CoxX connects with a couple of good shots from mount.
Grave tries to reverse the position but CoxX maintains control.
CoxX working the ground and pound effectively.
CoxX looking to control but Grave is working nicely, looking to advance position himself.

The referee warns Grave that he has to improve his position here as he takes two more clean shots to the head.

CoxX looking to finish Grave with some ground and pound. This is bad for Grave!

Grave defends a decent attempt at a guillotine from CoxX.
Grave takes a big shot to the head but keeps on trying to improve his position.
CoxX tucks in and makes sure he doesn't lose the dominant position.
CoxX has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission.

CoxX postures up and throws a couple of big shots that have Grave in real trouble here! The ref calls for Grave to improve his position which he doesn't do, so the referee has no choice but to end the fight due to the strikes!
