Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Phan Benjawan (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Jon Jones (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Benjawan's entrance music is It Comes and It Goes. A fine choice. Both fighters really staring each other down here, as Jon Jones enters the cage!

The judges for this bout are John Mangel, Hugh Johnson and Winston Howard.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Benjawan moves into the clinch.
Benjawan has Jones pressed against the cage.

Benjawan pushes off and circles away, back to the middle of the mat.
Benjawan throws a head kick that connects with a bit of head and a bit of hand.
Jones with a lazy takedown attempt
and Benjawan counters with an inside leg kick.
Jones swings widly with a right hand

and Benjawan moves into the clinch.
Benjawan keeps the fight in the clinch, despite Jones's efforts to push away.
Benjawan lands an elbow just above Jones 's eye.

Benjawan breaks the clinch.
Benjawan scores with a head kick. Jones tried to block it but didn't get his arm up in time.
Jones takes a kick to the side of the head.
Jones throws a jab, cross combination which is slipped
and Benjawan counters with a head kick. That will keep Jones thinking before he tries any more sloppy attacks!

Jones is rocked!

Jones closes the distance looking to clinch
and Benjawan counters with a body kick that brings a smile to the face of both fighters.
Jones throws a body kick, spinning off balance
and Benjawan counters with a nice body kick.
Jones misses with a takedown attempt
and Benjawan counters with a two punch combo.
Jones is still on wobbly legs! Can Benjawan finish him?
Jon Jones seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
A head kick by Jones misses
and Benjawan makes the exchange count by landing a cracking kick to the body. Jones really felt that one!
Jones seems to have recovered his senses.
Jones tries to clinch but fails miserably
and Benjawan counters with an inside leg kick.
Benjawan lands a nice shot to the body.
Jones looks winded!

Benjawan moves into the clinch.

Benjawan clinches up with Jones and pushes him back against the cage.

This has been an exciting period of action!
Jones throws a body kick, spinning off balance
and Benjawan counters with a head kick. That will keep Jones thinking before he tries any more sloppy attacks!
Benjawan connects with a combination that backs up Jones into the cage. Benjawan lands a flurry of punches that gets past Jones's guard. Jones is down and the referee has seen enough. It is all over! Benjawan bursts into tears - this win obviously means a huge amount to him.

Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:18 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Phan Benjawan!
A less than humble Phan Benjawan misjudged his post fight interview somewhat and came across a little too arrogant whilst trying to hype up his own abilities.
