The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Legend Jr scores with a leg kick.
Legend Jr doesn't succeed with the takedown
and Channell counters with a thumping low kick.
Legend Jr shoots in but doesn't get the takedown
and Channell counters with a nice low kick that buckles Legend Jr's knee momentarily.
Hardcore Legend Jr seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Channell lands a nice leg kick that just misses Legend Jr's sensitive parts.
Legend Jr is breathing heavily.

Legend Jr shoots in with a takedown attempt and he has Channell pinned against the cage. Channell gets the underhooks and manages to circle away.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Hardcore Legend Jr. That's going to take a lot out of him.

and Channell counters with a straight right hand.
A decent looking body kick lands there for Channell.
Legend Jr is looking to clinch but Channell is avoiding it.

and Channell counters with a stiff right hand.

Legend Jr dives in and grabs Channell's left leg, looking for a takedown. Channell pushes down on Legend Jr's head and hops out.
Channell lands a head shot.
Channell lands a big right hand that sends Legend Jr crashing to the mat! Channell stays standing though and waves Legend Jr back to his feet!
Legend Jr is rocked!
Channell throws a quick head kick that knocks Legend Jr silly! This fight is all over! What a finish! Channell is up on the cage, taking in the applause from the crowd.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:55 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Head Kick). Keith Channell!
