Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Tyler Williams (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Guapo Obispo (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Williams comes to the cage accompanied by Enter Sandman. Both fighters will be looking to make this an exciting fight for the fans, I'm sure!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Guapo Obispo!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Horrible takedown by Williams or perhaps it was just good defense by Obispo which made him look bad.
Obispo swats away the attempt to clinch by Williams.
Obispo avoids a punch combination nicely.
Williams throws a leg kick but Obispo sees it coming and checks it nicely.
A really sloppy takedown attempt there from Obispo.

Obispo drops down and drives through with a powerful takedown into guard.
Obispo works a leg free and moves into half guard.
Williams is looking to control Obispo's leg but it's slowly edging free. Can Williams avoid being mounted?
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Obispo tries to pass the half guard into mount. Williams knows what he's doing though and prevents the attempt.

Obispo is thwarting Williams's attempts to control the position.
Obispo is looking to advance position but Williams won't allow it.

Neither fighter is doing enough for the referee's liking and he's decided to stand them back up.

Obispo decides to change it up a bit and drives through with a nice takedown into half guard.
Obispo passes the half guard and he's now in mount! Big trouble for Williams!
You get the feeling that Williams really doesn't like being in this position too much.

Obispo swings around for an armbar but it's a sloppy attempt and Williams is now in Obispo's guard. A big mistake from Obispo there, giving up the dominant position!
Williams really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape.

Obispo looks to be working for a triangle here. Oh, it looks like he might have it! Williams has picked Obispo up and slammed him! Obispo can't keep hold of the triangle and Williams manages to pass to side control!

The fighters are starting to get a bit slippery now, which will make submissions a bit more difficult.
Williams is looking to take a break and control but Obispo is keeping him honest, looking to work from the bottom.

You can see the frustration on Obispo's face, being in this tough position on the bottom.

Neither fighter has done anything of merit for a good minute or two here and the crowd are not happy about it.

Williams wants to control the pace but Obispo is squirming around nicely.
The crowd thankful this round is nearly over.
Williams lands a big shot there that rocks Obispo but he's holding on and managing to survive for now.

Obispo bobs and weaves into range and then changes levels and scores with a nice takedown into side control.

Obispo is looking for a kimura. He might have it! No, Williams has escaped the position, nice work there.

Obispo goes for an armbar here - this could be all over! But no, Williams has escaped beautifully and is now on top in side control! Oh, that's unlucky for Obispo but great work by Williams.

Obispo drops back looking for a leg! Williams is in trouble here! The fighters roll with the hold and Williams manages to kick Obispo off! Obispo jumps back into Williams's guard.

That was a close second round but I would say that Tyler Williams will probably get the nod.

The crowd growing excited in anticipation of a finish here! Right on cue, Williams cracks his opponent with a massive right hand that draws loud cheers!
Both fighters are breathing heavily.

Obispo wants to hold on but Williams pushes him away.
Obispo is squirming around, avoiding Williams's attempts to control the action.
Obispo is desperately trying to improve his position but Williams has a good base and remains in mount.
Obispo tries to lock up and control but Williams gives him a forearm to the face and pushes him away.
Obispo keeping his composure momentarily, calmly looking to get back to half guard.
Obispo is mounted and he's throwing punches. Is that wise?
Obispo is trying to escape the mount.

The crowd are starting to boo a lack of action.
Obispo regains half guard.
Obispo wants to control but Williams is keeping busy.
Obispo tries to get to full guard but Williams has control of the leg.

Williams wants to lay and pray for a moment but Obispo keeps working.

Obispo is sneaking out the side here. He's bucked Williams off and has taken his back!

Obispo moves into side control, trying to work for a kimura. That looks painful! Will he finish!!?? No, Williams has worked his arm free - good work by Williams!

I would just about give that final round to Guapo Obispo.
Well Obispo has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. He was simply too good and the decision should be no more than a formality. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
