The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Rattijuoppoo drives through with a really nice takedown into side control.
The referee is asking the fighters to pick up the pace.
Kantola is sneaking out the side here. He's bucked Rattijuoppoo off and has taken his back!
Rattijuoppoo wants to get back to his feet.
Kantola throwing strikes from the back - he gets a warning from the referee for striking the back of the head but all these shots are hurting Rattijuoppoo!

Kantola has his hand under the chin of his opponent looking for the choke. He's nearly got it! This one could be all over! But no, Rattijuoppoo has freed his hand and lives to survive another… well, another couple of seconds at least!
Rattijuoppoo controlling the position well but he knows he's in a bad position.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Kantola scores with a nice shot to the head of his opponent. Rattijuoppoo is looking for a way out.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

Kantola lands a couple of good shots to his opponent's body and a final shot to the head. Good little attack there by Kantola.

Kantola connects with a couple of big shots that have Rattijuoppoo covering up! Oh, this looks bad for Rattijuoppoo! Kantola fires away with several more unanswered shots and the referee has no choice but to step in! This one is aaaaaaaaaaall over!

Ari Kantola spent the whole post fight interview bigging himself up. It didn't go down that well with the fans after a while as they thought it was a bit arrogant.
