Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Stas Kuzya (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Jonasz Siwobrody (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

The judges for this bout are Aleksandr Martynov, Vladimir Khabensky and Dmitry Maklakov.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Siwobrody changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Kuzya tries to avoid it but Siwobrody manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Kuzya to the ground. Kuzya escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.
Kuzya shoots in for a takedown but Siwobrody shows good takedown defense there and keeps this one on the feet.
Jonasz Siwobrody seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
A telegraphed takedown attempt from Kuzya is defended easily by Siwobrody.
Kuzya shoots in for a takedown. "Ole!" shouts Siwobrody as he jumps to the side.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Stas Kuzya. That's going to take a lot out of him.

Kuzya shoots in from a long way out. He's driving through with the takedown attempt and he eventually gets it, landing in Siwobrody's guard.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

The fighters are starting to get a bit slippery now, which will make submissions a bit more difficult.

Siwobrody is trying to land an Americana. He has the arm isolated but Kuzya is keeping cool and he's avoided the danger for now.

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Siwobrody has knee on belly and now moves to full mount! Trouble for Kuzya!

The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
BOOM! Siwobrody connects with a massive shot to the dome!
The crowd growing excited in anticipation of a finish here! Right on cue, Siwobrody cracks his opponent with a massive right hand that draws loud cheers!
As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.
Kuzya is desperately trying to get back to half guard.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

The fighters get back to their feet, the hooter sounds and we're back to the action!

Siwobrody has his takedown stuffed

and Kuzya counters with a single leg into guard. Siwobrody didn't expect that.

Siwobrody is looking for a triangle but Kuzya pushes his legs off easily.

Kuzya drops back for a leg but he's not going to get it - he lets go and Siwobrody dives on top into guard.
Siwobrody must be cautious of submissions here, given that his opponent has the superior Jiu Jitsu.

Oh but Kuzya is tightening it up a little... Siwobrody has to be careful here... He's got his foot tucked under now, this looks tight! Siwobrody reacted too slowly and this one could be over in a matter of seconds! YES! Siwobrody taps out! Nice BJJ there by Kuzya!
