Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Buck misses with an uppercut.
No luck for Buck with that takedown attempt.
A looping hook to the body misses from Buck. Martell does a little dance to reset his feet.
Martell tries to clinch but Buck is having none of it.
Buck walks into a jab.
Buck on the wrong end of a nice low kick. He's acting like it's no big deal but he doesn't want to take many more of those.
Buck takes a kick to the side of the head.

and Martell counters with a leg kick that reverborates around the arena.
Buck lands a jab to Martell's midsection.
Martell throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.
Buck throws a hard body shot but it just misses.
Martell ducks under a wild hook from Buck.

Buck drives through with a takedown into Martell's guard. Let's see what he can do from the top position.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
The referee looks like he's ready to step in and stand the fighters back up.
Buck trying to land body shots but he keeps hitting the mat.

A real slowdown in the pace of the fight for a moment, as Buck holds on and takes a little breather.
