The judges for this bout are Paul Gruel, Roger Salmon and Ryoma Takatsuka.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Badguy wants to clinch
and Green counters with a thumping low kick.
Badguy leaves Green with his face pressed against the mat as he sprawls beautifully, defending against a solid takedown attempt.
Badguy tries a head kick but it misses.

Badguy wants to clinch up but Green keeps it at a distance.

Green throws a leg kick which misses Badguy's front leg but catches the back leg as Badguy tries to avoid it.

Both fighters are looking to counter, which isn't making for the most exciting fight in the world.
Green looks for a takedown but Badguy sprawls well.

Green changes levels and drives through with a really nice takedown into side control. Badguy looks really pissed at himself for not defending that better.

We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Green shoots in from a long way out. He's driving through with the takedown attempt and he eventually gets it, landing in Badguy's guard.

This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

Badguy has a momentary lapse of concentration, allowing Green to throw up a leg and lock on what appears to be a pretty tight triangle! Badguy is fighting it off but it's all too little too late - Green pulls down on the head and he's put Badguy to sleep! This one is all over!
