Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Nicandro Aloisio (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Jia O Connor (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). O Connor has chosen Parkway Drive - Feed them to the pigs as his entrance music. These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
O Connor stumbles momentarily as he takes a strong leg kick from Aloisio.
Aloisio throws a nice outside leg kick.

O Connor ducks under an overhand right and circles away with a smile on his face.
O Connor fakes a couple of low kicks, before throwing one on the third attempt. It connects and Aloisio has to reset his feet before getting ready to engage.

Aloisio throws the left hand but O Connor avoids the punch easily.

We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!

Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

Aloisio swings wildly with an uppercut but O Connor uses good head movement to avoid it.

O Connor breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat.

Nicandro Aloisio seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Aloisio connects with a leg kick. He turned his hip over nicely there.
O Connor slips under a jab.
O Connor uses good footwork to avoid the strikes from Aloisio.

The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action!
O Connor tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Aloisio was well out of range. Poor timing from O Connor.

O Connor moves out of range of the strikes.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Nicandro Aloisio dominated that round.

The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare eachother down, ready to get back to the action.
O Connor misses with a hook. Aloisio ducked under it nicely.

O Connor throws a hook but Aloisio avoids it easily.

O Connor has his hands up protecting his head but a hook from Aloisio finds it's way round the side to connect with O Connor's head.

O Connor throws out a loose jab but Aloisio uses good head movement to avoid it.
O Connor shoots in and gets a takedown into half guard. O Connor showed some decent athleticism there.
It looks like the ref is thinking about a standup.
O Connor winds up and cracks Aloisio with a swinging punch to the side of the head.
Aloisio is looking to control O Connor's leg but it's slowly edging free. Can Aloisio avoid being mounted?
O Connor has the superior BJJ but he's also working some ground strikes into his gameplan.
O Connor looks over to his corner - he wants some instructions but his corner are not responding.
O Connor seems like he's working for an arm triangle here. He's freed his trapped foot and he's rotating nicely. Aloisio is in big trouble! He's tapping out! This one is aaaaaaaaaaaall over!
