The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Nice cross by Kogutek.

Foster throws a loose over hand right and dives in with a double leg takedown. Kogutek tries to sprawl but it's too late and the fighters hit the mat. Foster is in Kogutek's guard.
Foster tries to free his leg and advance position but Kogutek is retaining full guard.

Foster drops back looking for a leg! Kogutek is in trouble here! The fighters roll with the hold and Kogutek manages to kick Foster off! Foster jumps back into Kogutek's guard.
Kogutek keeping moving, preventing Foster from controlling successfully.
Foster in full guard, throwing the ground and pound. No damage this time.
Foster wants to control from the top but Kogutek keeps moving.

Foster drops back for a leg but he's not going to get it - he lets go and Kogutek dives on top into guard.

Foster is looking for a guillotine. You can't force these things though and Kogutek defends well.

This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

Foster has a loose triangle. He'll be looking to tighten that up but Kogutek can see exactly what he's planning and manages to posture up and free himself.

Kogutek is sitting in close to Foster's body. Foster has gone for a guillotine from the bottom. Oh damn, that looks pretty tight! Kogutek is panicking - it looks like this one could be all over! Yes, Kogutek is tapping! That was a very nice submission by Foster.
