Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Jun Moroba (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Dave Benevides (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Well, the cameraman is lingering on a pretty young lady for a bit too long there. Keep your eyes on the prize buddy or you'll miss the fighter intros!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Moroba looks to score with a jab to the body but Benevides is just out of range.
Benevides blocks the body kick.
Moroba misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.
Benevides checks a low kick. Bone on bone - not my idea of a good time.

and Moroba counters with a lovely straight right hand!

Moroba drives through and clinches with Benevides against the cage.
Moroba gets double underhooks to prevent a takedown attempt from Benevides.
Benevides on the defensive, avoiding the knees to the body.
A head punch on the inside from Moroba fails to land.
Moroba lands punches inside but they're not really causing much damage.

Benevides wants to take the fight to the mat but Moroba manages to get underhooks and keep the fight in the clinch.
Jun Moroba has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Dave Benevides.
Benevides tries to pull guard but Moroba won't allow it.

Benevides jumps guard but his hands slip and he falls flat on his back. Well, he's made himself look a right mug there, as Moroba walks away with a smile on his face. Benevides gets slowly back to his feet and shakes his head.

and Moroba cracks him with a counter punch right on the button.

Moroba tries to land a front kick but Benevides steps back. That was a bit too telegraphed.

Boom, another hit is landed. "You're gunna get knocked out" taunts Moroba, as that shot connected.

Benevides moves his head to the side to avoid a jab but walks straight into a cross.
Moroba cracks a nice hook into Benevides's ribs.
Moroba fakes a head punch and goes low to the body. Nicely done.
Moroba digs a good hook to Benevides's body.
Benevides seems to have recovered his senses.
The crowd cheers as Moroba lands an impressive looking overhand right. Benevides doesn't seem phased though.
Jun Moroba is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs.

and Moroba counters with an outside leg kick.
Moroba circles and sees the opportunity to plant his feet and throw a really nice straight left hand that drops Benevides to the canvas! Benevides doesn't know where he is but he's trying to survive - Moroba keeps piling on the pressure and forces the referee to step in! This one is aaaaaall over!

After the fight, Jun Moroba was humble in paying tribute to his opponent but made it clear he wants to go on to bigger and better things. It seemed to go down well with the crowd who cheered him loudly.
