Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 2 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, Vitor Magalhaes!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, Josh Luke!
The judges for this bout are Mauricio Rocha, Daniel Cesar and Alexandre Firmino.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Luke gets his takedown attempt stuffed easily
and Magalhaes counters with a head kick.
Luke tries for a takedown but Magalhaes circles away easily

and Magalhaes counters with a nice double leg into side control. Luke won't be happy with that.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
Luke is working hard to escape and get back to his feet. After a battle for position, Magalhaes asserts his dominance and retains side control.
Luke tries to buck Magalhaes off but Magalhaes is having none of it.
Magalhaes wants to lay and pray for a moment but Luke keeps working.

Magalhaes decides to take the fight back to the feet.
Josh Luke seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

Magalhaes is working for an escape here. He's hooked one of Luke's legs and he's managed to sneak out and take Luke's back!
