The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Brevik fakes a jab and scores with a low kick.
Brevik scoring well with a low kick there.
Overfield Jr shoots in for a takedown but Brevik shows good takedown defense there and keeps this one on the feet.
Overfield Jr shoots in for a takedown. He's persisting with it as Brevik sprawls well. Brevik wins this battle and keeps the fight standing. Overfield Jr gets slowly back to his feet.
Brevik moves into range and lands a nice leg kick.
Brevik throws a head kick that connects with a bit of head and a bit of hand.
Brevik tries to close the distance and clinch up against the cage but Overfield Jr paws at him with a jab and circles away.

We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!

This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

Overfield Jr has hold of Brevik's arm. He's looking for a kimura. Brevik seems comfortable defending it but Overfield Jr has shifted his position slighty and is cranking on the arm! Brevik is real pain and he's forced to tap out! Brevik is disgusted with himself for not defending it better but Overfield Jr couldn't care less - he's delighted!
