Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Emere Hoehne (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Rodrick Fitzgerald (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Hoehne comes to the cage accompanied by Renegade. The key to victory for Emere Hoehne has got to be keeping the fight on the feet.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Fitzgerald tries for a takedown but Hoehne circles away easily

and Hoehne counters with a driving takedown into guard. Nice work there by Hoehne.

Fitzgerald is throwing strikes from the back here. Oh that last one was to the back of the head. Fitzgerald gets a warning from the referee. He throws another strike to the back of the head straight away though and the referee has seen enough. He breaks up the two fighters and stands them back up. Fitzgerald gets a real talking to here and is lucky not to get a point deducted. Fitzgerald apologises and we restart here on the feet.

Fitzgerald bucks up whilst keeping hold of a body lock, managing to reverse the position. Now he's in top in Hoehne's guard.

Hoehne has his foot on Fitzgerald's thigh. He's trying to push off and get in position for a triangle, I think. Fitzgerald works his way back into a safe position though.
